Description

Rules: 

1. Booking of Meeting Room is available only for 1-2 hours (maximum); 

2. The meeting room can accommodate from 8 (minimum) to 25 (maximum) people;

3. Entrance to the library rooms in outerwear is prohibited; 

4. See Library Staff prior to adhering anything to walls or doors;

5. Rooms must be left in a neat, clean, orderly condition with all chairs, tables and equipment returned to their original position;

6. Future access will be denied if the requirements are not met;

7. Library Staff is authorized to monitor the use of the meeting rooms and to enforce all policies concerning its use.
